"It’s a little drive to get out there but it was worth it, staff is very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Had the Caesar Salad (delicious), Prime Rib and the Shishito peppers was a nice addition, side of Creamed Spinach and the Cheese Cake (no picture, sorry not sorry). Everything was very tasty and well prepared. Would definitely repeat."

"4:15 reservation, eating calamari by 4:20. They offer great service and great food. I have not eaten at Ak Chin since they had a buffet, but am glad they have quality food options. Lamb chops, seafood scampi, corn and Mac n cheese with lobster were all amazing. Jordan was very attentive and took great care of us. If you come to play, I highly recommend this restaurant. Saved room for the oreo cheesecake and Irish coffee. Great dinning experience....enjoy!"

"My husband, and I dine here frequently. Especially, utilizing my Caesar's Rewards, which is great to cover a portion of your meal. The service is great. The food, and presentation is awesome. The atmosphere and convivial, ambiance is fantastic. Sammy and Julie are awesome at managing the restaurant, and keeping everything up to par. A few Server's we have had, which were Samuel and Desiree, were awesome. If you haven't dined here before, while visiting Harrah's Akchin Casino, you must have dinner here, at least once. You won't be disappointed."

"This was truly the highlight of my day. The entire staff was amazing and the service was exceptional. Dezarieh, my waitress, was personable and had a wonderful smile and you could tell that she enjoyed what she was doing! She made sure that my food was cooked properly and that my drink was full, and checked on me to make sure i didn’t need anything else. The manager approached me and asked about my experience and to see if I needed something else. Their team is truly focused on service and I can tell that it comes directly from the leadership team. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience… Great food, great service, great atmosphere… I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Five stars ⭐ all the way!"

"Absolutely amazing experience at Chop, Block & Brew! From start to finish, everything was fantastic — especially our server, Jordan. Even though he was still in training, you’d never know it! His professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail made it feel like he’s been serving here for over 10 years. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations that elevated our meal. The food was cooked to perfection, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It’s rare to find a restaurant where both the service and the food exceed expectations — but this place truly delivers. We’ll definitely be back soon and will be asking for Jordan!"

"Every time we’re in town we eat at this place. everything we’ve ordered on the menu has been delicious every time. We also had the onion soup on this visit which is absolutely delicious. We had the seafood pasta, bone in ribeye with an add-on lobster tail and a side order of the grilled asparagus. My dad had a prime rib dinner with the baked potato add on. Steaks was cooked perfectly and the seafood was amazing."

"We had an amazing dinner at Chop, Block & Brew. There was a small mix-up with one of our steak cuts, but our server Jordan handled it like a true professional. Even though he was still in training, you would’ve never guessed — he knew exactly what to do, apologized right away, and made sure everything was corrected quickly and perfectly. His attitude, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could’ve been a small hiccup into a great experience. Jordan made sure we were happy with everything from start to finish, checked in often, and went above and beyond to make our night special. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and upscale, and the service — thanks to Jordan — was absolutely top-notch. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for him again!"

"Really impressed with Chop, Block & Brew! The atmosphere was really nice for being in a casino, the service was great, drinks were tasty and the food was delicious. We got the spinach dip appetizer and were highly impressed with it! The bread for the dip was great as well. The fillet mignon was cooked perfectly and a very nice, high grade steak. the garlic mashed potatoes were as expected. This place definitely surpassed my expectations for being a a steakhouse in a casino!"
